3 Different Styles
QXpress is a flexible and powerful invoicing solution that recognizes the needs its
various users. There are 3 invoicing styles in QXpress. "Type 1" invoicing collects
all the completed services in a date range and compiles the services into one invoice
per customer. "Type 2" invoicing allows you to print the invoice before you complete
a service so that you can drop off the invoice at the job site. "Type 3" invoicing
prompts you create invoices for services as soon as they are marked Done. Type 2 and
Type 3 invoicing are only available in QXpress Gold and QXpress Platinum.

QX MobileTM
QX Mobile revolutionizes the experience for QXpress users. Imagine you and your staff
taking a mini-version of QXpress out with you in the field. Unlike the QXDC that is
mainly a basic job costing tool, QX Mobile allows you to take all customer information,
history, contact events, and services out with you in the field. You have full
read/write capabilities on all data, and can add new customers, services, and items in
the field and have it sync back perfectly with QXpress.
Features include:
- Synchronizing wirelessly from the field.
- Synchronizing from a cradle placed in remote locations (for example, your crews can send
and receive data from their homes).
- Add / edit / view of customer information.
- View customer history and contact events.
- My Calendar screen with multiple crews and multiple days.
- Add / edit services in the field.
- Add / edit / view Job Items, Service times, Material usage & Custom fields.
- Add / view customer or crew signatures.

QXDC
This add-on module gives you the ability to download your route list, customer
history and customer information to a Palm or Handspring PDA. During the day, you
can use the QX Data Collector (QXDC) to enter service times, material usage,
equipment usage, service notes and new services. At the end of the day, you can
upload all of the information from the QXDC to QXpress on your office computer.
Job Cost With Precision
Time how long your employees take to perform each task of each service, and what
equipment they were using. Similarly, track what materials were used, by whom, and
in what quantity.
Eliminate Costly Double-Entry
Many companies have their crews write their service costs on worksheets and then
pay somebody else to enter the data into a computer. With the QXDC, you can
eliminate this double-entry, since the data is entered only once in the field.
Provide Your Employees With Information
Provide your employees with information. If you want employees to make good
decisions, you need to provide them with good information. The QXDC provides

This add-on module provides a faster and more accurate way to enter data into QXpress. If you
are using this module, a bar code automatically prints beside each service listed on your route
sheet or work order. When you scan the bar code with a scanner, the service is instantly found
and highlighted in QXpress. If you scan many bar codes, all of the services will be highlighted.
This makes completing and rescheduling jobs at the end of the day quick and easy.
Complete and Reschedule Services Faster
You will complete and reschedule services faster at the end of the day because you do not
have to locate each service individually.
Eliminate Errors
You will never accidentally complete or reschedule the wrong service because bar coding makes
