QXpress Online Officially Launches!

QXpress Online

Today marks the official release of QXpress Online out of beta!  It is now available on a subscription basis and, as most of you know, boasts TONS of awesome features.

QXpress Online is a customizable, web-based version of QXpress Scheduling Software for QuickBooks and is ideal for field service companies who want a business management system that can adapt over time to meet their ever-changing needs.  With QXpress Online, users can access their QXpress Online and QuickBooks data from absolutely anywhere with an internet connection.  Thanks to our patent-pending real-time sync technology, the same QuickBooks integration that you love as a feature in desktop QXpress, now occurs over the web with QXpress Online.

You’ll love QXpress Online for the aforementioned reasons, in addition to scheduling capabilities, full featured CRM, customer portal, automatic backups of your database, and so much more!  To see a full list of features and to view screenshots, click here.

If you’re a current QXpress Scheduling Software user, I’m sure you’re curious as to what will happen if you decide to switch to QXpress Online.  How much will it cost to switch?  Is it possible to transfer QXpress data into QXpress Online?

For users who want to switch from a desktop version of QXpress to QXpress Online, we’ll pro-rate everything you’ve spent on QXpress licenses, QX Mobile and your Keep Me Current Plan in the last 12 months, and count it as a credit towards QXpress Online.  The credit will be applied to each invoice, up to 50% of the invoice amount, until the credit is used up.  Pretty fair, right?

However, you should note that taking advantage of this credit means that your KMCP will become expired.  So, while you may still get passwords for your old QXpress desktop system to continue to use it as you please, you will need to separately renew your KMCP if you want desktop QXpress support and updates.

As far as transferring data from QXpress to QXpress Online goes, there is a transfer utility in the works.  To keep an eye on the status of this utility (which is being built by QXpress Power User, Matt Raiser) visit www.TechInTheField.com.

To start using QXpress Online today, sign up and begin exploring!  The first month is a risk free trial period.  Sign up and pay for the regular subscription, and if you’re not completely satisfied during your first month, you can cancel and get a full refund.

QXpress Online is a fantastic solution for every QuickBooks-using field service company out there.   QXpress Online is the system you need.  Nothing less, nothing more.  I highly recommend taking the time to learn about how QXpress Online can improve your business process.

Don’t forget!  There is a new QXpress Online stream at the 2009 QXpress User’s Conference in November where you will learn everything you need to know about QXpress Online!  Register for the QXpress User’s Conference today so that you can jump in with both feet and make the most of QXpress Online.  The Early bird pricing and guaranteed low hotel rate at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort expire in just over 4 weeks, so don’t wait too long to register.  If you have questions about the conference, please call or email me at 888-QXpress (797-7377) x705; k.riley@alocet.com.

Have a great afternoon and weekend ahead,

Katie
