It’s almost the start of summer up here in Toronto and things are heating up at QXpress.  First of all, our much anticipated customizable, web-based version of QXpress- QXpress Online- came out of beta last week.  QXpress Online will solve so many issues for companies who have offices in different locations, for companies who want to be able to access their database from absolutely anywhere, for those who want customized software without the cost of having one built from scratch by a programmer, and for anyone who wants to find an adaptable solution that can change with the company over time.  

There is yet another exciting development in the world of QXpress that I’m going to tell you about (and it kicks off today)!  If you are a business owner who works in the field each day providing quality services, you might find that you’re unable to contact QXpress during regular business hours.  If you can relate to this, know that you are not alone and we at QXpress realize we need to do something about this.  Many customers have asked me if we are open at night or if I can do a demo after normal business hours since they’re out of the office all day and are only available in the evenings.  You asked, and we listened.

I am pleased to announce that starting today, June 16th, you will be able to reach QXpress Sales Representatives on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 8pm EST. These extended hours were created to give you the opportunity to reach a knowledgeable sales rep at a time that is better for you.  This way, you can get the answers to your questions without feeling rushed to take time out of your busy schedule during the day.

This option is only available for the sales department and is limited to the summer months.  However, depending on the reaction we get from our customers, we may continue these extended hours into the fall.
