Webinar #11: QXpress Online - Sales Center & Call Center Tabs

In Week 11, we will be diving into QXpress Online’s Sales Center and Call Center.  These are two major features of QXpress Online that really make it stand out above the rest.  Not only do you have a fully web based scheduling software with QX Online, but also a built-in complete CRM package.  This webinar will go through each section of the Sales Center and Call Center, demonstrating how to create opportunities and campaigns, manage all of your activities and track customer complaints.
