QXpress Webinar - My Account

Did you know that many of the questions you call QXpress Support and Sales about can be answered by yourself online through the “My Account” section of our website?  In this webinar, we are going to go through the functions of your online “My Account” that all QXpress desktop users have access to.  We will talk about how to update and reset your password, how to pay overdue balances to unlock your account (rental customers), how to update your contact information, and more.

Simply register for the “QXpress– My Account” webinar by clicking on the link below, and you will receive a confirmation email with the link and login information.  Click on the emailed link to login at the time of the webinar.  You’ll see the presenter’s screen, and hear the presenter’s voice, so you can sit back and enjoy the live presentation.
