&lt;p&gt;my computer crashed and i had to reinstall everything from the OS on up. Unfortunately, my backup program sucks (Memeo Autobackup) and it purged my backup company file. The last good file i have is from july 11th.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If i perform a complete sync Method --&amp;gt; QB I&amp;#39;m hoping all the same data is there and i can load it back into my qb file. Im worried that Method will delete the newer stuff and make it mirror my july 11th company file. Will it do that? Or will it, as i hope, reupdate my qb file to where it was before my crash. Also, are there any data pieces that will be missing? Im using QB 2008. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is what is happening:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; I enter a new work order and I have it to reoccur every three weeks.&amp;nbsp; Everything works fine until I have to edit the entire series.&amp;nbsp; For example a customer called this morning and wanted our guys to remember to bring the key to get into the pond area. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; I opened QXO and choose All Occurences; Search by last name: Lynch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; This brought up all of her work orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. I clicked on Edit Series under her first job listed and added the notes to Work Order Instructions and choose Save &amp;amp; Close.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Just to be sure it updated the rest of the work orders, I double checked a few to make sure it was listed and it was.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; However when I go to print the next work order that hasn&amp;#39;t started, the work order comes up without my new notes on it! It still has the old notes listed! I click beside the work order I want to print (Jul-15-2010), choose the Print/Email Tab, I choose Selected Only, then Print Work Orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What do I need to do to make sure the new work order instructions print out?&lt;/p&gt;

It runs very well and has for years. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Recently I&amp;#39;ve noticed two PC&amp;#39;s on different customer networks with a problem where the list only returns CustomerShipLine1 and CustomerCompanyName but nothing else. I can&amp;#39;t replicate it in any dev environment so it is tough to debug through it. Once it starts happening on a PC it happens consistenly. I output the list into atext file so I can see the raw XML and sure enough it only returns those values.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both of these PC&amp;#39;s are Windows7 32bit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried running two different SDK&amp;#39;s , one from a long time ago (1.5.0.32) and a recent one (1.5.0.132) they both do the exact same thing. So I don&amp;#39;t think this is an SDK issue. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I uninstalled Qxpress and reinstalled it and this does not impact&amp;nbsp; the result. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It works fine on a lot of other machines.The software is on a variety of Windows7, Wwindows Vista and WindowsXP machines and they all run fine, it&amp;#39;s just these two machines so far.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas where to start debugging this one?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I changed my mobile workorder tab back to the default QXPress screen and noticed it is now also blue; however, it select link does work.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did something or someone change that screen or tab yesterday?&amp;nbsp; Could it be responsible for my customer workorder screen suddently changing to blue and breaking the select link?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I put several hours of work into that screen so any suggestions/info would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

update a field named zone based on the customer&amp;#39;s zip code. When I run 
this, it works fine for a while and then a message appears at the top of
 the window that says &amp;quot;Processing record 500 of 721&amp;quot; Once that message 
shows up, it appears to stop processing and the remaining 221 records do
 not get processed. Is there a limit to the number of records that can 
be processed at once or is this a bug?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve created a simple action button that is supposed to add a numberical value to a Chlorine field.&amp;nbsp; It works when using my laptop but it doesn&amp;#39;t work using my mobile phone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far, all the other mobile screen&amp;nbsp;buttons and actions work (Save button, etc.) with my&amp;nbsp;WM 6.1&amp;nbsp;phone but this action button doesn&amp;#39;t seem to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is on the Mobile Tab, in the Work Orders screen, you can select any work order of James Stapleton, goto the Conditions tab and use the +.5 button.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, the +1 and -1 buttons won&amp;#39;t work at all.&amp;nbsp; The action sets are nearly identical to the working actions sets.&amp;nbsp; Any advice would be apprecaited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The support userid is active.&lt;/p&gt;

I want to print out my schedule from my calendar in 5 day view with time
 on top , but it will not allow me to set up page setup, so that it will
 fit on one sheet of paper. I even tried to use legal sized paper, but 
it still thinks it is 8x 11 and cuts off a section. If I change the view
 to 50% zoom, it fits, but is too small to read. Also there is no print 
preview to print out the calendar view.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

picture to an email signature isn&amp;rsquo;t working for me and at least one of my 
franchisees. Here&amp;rsquo;s the deal: when we go to set up the email template and browse for 
the image to include in the signature (a logo)&amp;nbsp; it gives us an error message saying there&amp;rsquo;s a part missing in the 
path. The problem is that the path that it shows AND the name of the file in the path are 
completely wrong and non-existent. We&amp;#39;ve even looked to see if perhapes the MethodData folder shown in the example below is a hidden folder...it is not. Also, the file type that we&amp;#39;re trying to insert can be any file type (gif, jpeg, bmp) it doesn&amp;#39;t matter, it always gives us an incorrect path in the error message and an incorrect file neme. See below for examples: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I was unable to duplicate this error in any other caleandar. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
All the computers I use on the method site have the same
