    How To Enable MethodSupport User

    As a new feature all QX Online accounts now have a user called MethodSupport.  This user does not count a user license, however, if set to active it will allow us to connect to your database and take a look to troubleshoot issue if needed.  The user is password protected and only Alocet Staff know this password and will only connect when you have given us permission.

    To Enable the user, click on Customize > Users and check the check box for active.
