 Currently all Items from Qb are pulling into qxo,  how do i just pull active items?

 If you are seeing all your items and you only want to see Active ones you need to change the view as seen below to filter out what you are looking for.

I want to only see active items in the add/edit work order screen, there is no filter there for that?

 This is more of a "How To" question, but I will give you the steps to point you in the right direction.  If you get stuck you will need to contact your Sales Rep.

1. Open the Tables/Fields Tab and select the ActivitiesJobItems table.
2. Add a Link fields from the Item's Table called 'IsActive'
3. After this, go to the Screen Tab and edit the Work Order Screen (you may need to customize it if you haven't already).
4. Edit the ActivitiesJobItems Table on this screen and proceed to the second step.
5. Find the field in the table called Item and click on the Advanced link.
6. Set the Filter to be the 'IsActive' field you added in Step 2 and set it to Yes.
7. You will then be all set.

 My apologies, I was working on a old screen that didn't have updated features.  The above steps will work for old screens, but for the new screens, you don't need to do Step 1 or 2 from above, it's now automatically been added to the advanced button, I've included a screenshot just to make sure you arrive at the same screen for step 6 from above.
