I'm unable to duplicate this issue.

If you could please reply back with the following.
- First Enable the MethodSupport user and I will take a look on your account (since I can't duplicate it).
- Please let me know what screen this is happening with.
- The exact steps you are taking.
- As well as anything else that might help me duplicate the issue
