As this is still in Beta Testing, there are bound to be bugs and errors, as some of you are already finding out. Before you post a bug/issue with QX Online, please make sure to do the following.
- Make sure that your able to duplicate the issue again.
If your not able to it's going to be hard for me to as well.
- Please include as much information as possible, if you can please include
- Step by step instructions
- Which Screen it is on
- Screenshot (as a picture is worth a 1000 words)
- Please make sure to start a new Thread and label the Subject as 'Bug- [brief description]' or 'Error- [brief description]'.
So for example:
Bug- Customer Screen Not Loading or Error- When loading Field Service Calendar
This will make it a lot easier for me to keep track of the Bugs and Errors and making sure to get them fixed faster.
