&lt;p&gt;my computer crashed and i had to reinstall everything from the OS on up. Unfortunately, my backup program sucks (Memeo Autobackup) and it purged my backup company file. The last good file i have is from july 11th.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If i perform a complete sync Method --&amp;gt; QB I&amp;#39;m hoping all the same data is there and i can load it back into my qb file. Im worried that Method will delete the newer stuff and make it mirror my july 11th company file. Will it do that? Or will it, as i hope, reupdate my qb file to where it was before my crash. Also, are there any data pieces that will be missing? Im using QB 2008. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is what is happening:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; I enter a new work order and I have it to reoccur every three weeks.&amp;nbsp; Everything works fine until I have to edit the entire series.&amp;nbsp; For example a customer called this morning and wanted our guys to remember to bring the key to get into the pond area. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; I opened QXO and choose All Occurences; Search by last name: Lynch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; This brought up all of her work orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. I clicked on Edit Series under her first job listed and added the notes to Work Order Instructions and choose Save &amp;amp; Close.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Just to be sure it updated the rest of the work orders, I double checked a few to make sure it was listed and it was.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; However when I go to print the next work order that hasn&amp;#39;t started, the work order comes up without my new notes on it! It still has the old notes listed! I click beside the work order I want to print (Jul-15-2010), choose the Print/Email Tab, I choose Selected Only, then Print Work Orders.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What do I need to do to make sure the new work order instructions print out?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I changed my mobile workorder tab back to the default QXPress screen and noticed it is now also blue; however, it select link does work.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did something or someone change that screen or tab yesterday?&amp;nbsp; Could it be responsible for my customer workorder screen suddently changing to blue and breaking the select link?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I put several hours of work into that screen so any suggestions/info would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve created a simple action button that is supposed to add a numberical value to a Chlorine field.&amp;nbsp; It works when using my laptop but it doesn&amp;#39;t work using my mobile phone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far, all the other mobile screen&amp;nbsp;buttons and actions work (Save button, etc.) with my&amp;nbsp;WM 6.1&amp;nbsp;phone but this action button doesn&amp;#39;t seem to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is on the Mobile Tab, in the Work Orders screen, you can select any work order of James Stapleton, goto the Conditions tab and use the +.5 button.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, the +1 and -1 buttons won&amp;#39;t work at all.&amp;nbsp; The action sets are nearly identical to the working actions sets.&amp;nbsp; Any advice would be apprecaited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The support userid is active.&lt;/p&gt;

path. The problem is that the path that it shows AND the name of the file in the path are 
completely wrong and non-existent. We&amp;#39;ve even looked to see if perhapes the MethodData folder shown in the example below is a hidden folder...it is not. Also, the file type that we&amp;#39;re trying to insert can be any file type (gif, jpeg, bmp) it doesn&amp;#39;t matter, it always gives us an incorrect path in the error message and an incorrect file neme. Change settings, like date, then the error shows up at the
top of the screen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
I was unable to duplicate this error in any other caleandar. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
All the computers I use on the method site have the same
error.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am trying to look through an activity grid to send 
email notifications to my clients. I loop through the grid and get the 
customer entity and use that to get a new field I added to my table 
called &amp;quot;NotificationEmail&amp;quot;, I copy this into a local ActionResult and 
then generate a notification report and put the contents of 
NotificationEmail ActionResult into the MailTo field. The potential bugs
 are&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) If there is a semicolon in the email address then I get a 501 
error stating that the email address is malformed and the email address 
it shows starts with the first semicolon in the address and goes to the 
character before the next semicolon or end. For example, if the email 
address is:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; site1@client1.com;manager1@site1.com;other1@site1.com, the
 error message would show &amp;quot;;other1@site1.co&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2)If I put a message box to display the NotificationEmail to me just 
before the SendEmail instruction, the email displays correctly, I do not
 get a 501 error message and the email sends just fine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3)If I put in a message box inside the loop, the loop only executes 
one time. It does not reloop and the message does not display for each 
row in the grid.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can anyone confirm this behavior and is there a work around. The 
message box preventing a loop from occuring makes development very 
difficult. The email address problem makes the system much less useable.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is what we do now:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have a database of approx 600 clients with 6-10 services each, we have every service set to renew automaticly the last day of the year.We decided to do it this way since our renewal rate is about 90%. To have every service to prompt to renew we thought was too much.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the beginning of January we send the Renewals Letters, giving some incentives to renew before February 28th. When we recieve the letters back, if the client is renewing the same services we just enter the discount, if the client is upgrading or downgrading, we adjust the account.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Everytime we receive a renewal letter back, we highlight the customer&amp;#39;s name on a paper list, to keep track of who renews.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is where it gets confusing.&lt;/p&gt;
