Liz,
Unfortunately this is more of a "How To" question then an error or bug, so your best bet would be to talk to your Sales Rep and book some consulting time but, I will hopefully point you in the right direction.
Based off the information you provided it hard to give you the exact steps, but what I would recommend is
- I would create a report based on the Activity table showing one record per page.
- After this, you would want to create a button that opens the report using the Generate Report action. Using the filters found in the generate report action I would filter it so that and only showed values for a specific service.
