A Live Product Demonstration (LPD) is an opportunity to have us walk you through QXpress online. During the LPD, we teach you the basics of the software including how to enter customers, how to schedule services, how to create invoices and how to track service costs. As well, you have the opportunity to customize the demonstration by asking us the questions that are important to your type of service company.
Who can do a Live Product Demonstrion?
LPDs are a pre-sales tool that allows you get an short overview of the software before you buy it, and should not to be confused with training or support provided to registered QXpress users. Therefore, if you have not bought the software, you are eligible for a Live Product Demonstration!
How Does it Work?
The LPD is a simple 4-step process:
- Setup an appointment by clicking here (LPDs are available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time).
- We call you at the scheduled time.
- While on the phone with you, we help you logon to our computer so that you can view our movements on your monitor.
- We conduct the LPD by talking to you on the phone and, at the same time, demonstrating the software on your monitor.
