QX Forms^TM

For QXpress Users QX Forms are industry-specific templates, and are available in a pre-printed format. When you purchase the pre-printed forms they will come with your logo, boxes, lines, and colored shading. When you print from QXpress, only the field labels, and data will be printed onto the forms. This way you can still change the wording, and the data fields used, using the built-in QXpress Template Designer. For QuickBooks Users You don't have to be a QXpress user to use QX Forms.  If you use just QuickBooks, you can still buy the pre-printed paper from WorkflowOne, and download the QuickBooks templates from this website, free of charge.  We only ask that when you consider automating your service business with scheduling software, you consider QXpress.

How Do You Order Pre-Printed Forms?
The pre-printed paper for QX Forms is available from WorkflowOne, a well known national printing company.  Your steps are below:
1. Review the forms below.
2. Take note of the Product Number(s) of the QX Forms you would like to order.
3. Call WorkflowOne at 1-800-892-9736.  Let them know that you would like to order QX Forms.  You will be directed to the appropriate individuals.

How Do You Use QX Forms in QXpress?
In QXpress, simply print your work order, invoice, route list, estimate or letter as you would normally, but this time choose the appropriate form from your list of templates.  If you do not see the appropriate form, click Customize, then Download Template, filter the list to show only Created By "QX Forms", and download the template(s) that fit your QX Forms.  For detailed instructions on how to download, customize and use QX Forms, please see the 7 page "QX Forms - Getting Started Guide":

How Do You Use QX Forms in QuickBooks?
Fill out the form on the Request QX Forms for QuickBooks page.  You will be emailed back with the templates, as well as the steps to install and use them.
