While many clients are using Qxpress on Windows 8 successfully, we do have a group of installs that are not working as designed in a Windows 8 environment.  While we are continuing to research the root cause of the install issues, we do not have a resolution availible at this time.  We are currently unable to list Windows 8 as an approved/supported platform as a result.  

We will be certain to post an updated status as the time Windows 8 can be approved.
